Thai tourism

Following the damaging Bangkok airport siege, Thailand tourism is promising a major investment to boost tourism back to the country. A tourism recovery plan has been outlined as opposition leader Abhisit Vejjajiva was elected as prime minister. Tourism chiefs hope the strategy will result in one million UK tourists visiting Thailand in 2009.
